We can’t find time for gym every day (some people have schedule so packed, that they can’t get to the gym until the weekend) and if you are one of use that have to get up early to go to work, then you know how much time can pass before you start losing weight.

Do a simple exercise when you get up
This is a simple way to burn more calories and not just while you are exercising, but also later in the day. You don’t have to hit the gym or do some long cardio exercise, instead try some circuit that consists of squats, crunches, jumping jacks and push-ups.
