In order to burn that stubborn belly fat, you will have to train much harder. The best results, according to reports, are experienced with HIIT trainings. Exercising at full intensity push your body to its limits and that is when the burning of the fat is best.

– You are getting older

There is one important thing that you should know – our bodies change as we age. When you get older, your metabolic rate tends to slow down, so it is much harder for your body to lose fat. However, more and more experts say that with proper diets and workouts, you can fight with this.

– You are stressed

This is something that is not often talked about when belly fat is mentioned, but you should know that stress can be blamed for your belly fat, since people, when under stress, tend to eat more, drink and eat a lot of sweets.

– You are not getting enough sleep
