This means that you will get really hungry and, most probably, overeat at lunch. Swap your juice in the morning for some fiber and protein.

– Your workout is always the same

While having a routine is a great thing, it can slow down your weight loss a lot. It is important that your workout varies in frequency, time and intensity.

One of the most important parts of weight loss, along with diet and exercise is sleep. It is crucial that you get enough sleep, every night, in order to help your body recover from the previous day and prepare better for next.

– You eat more, since you workout

This is a common mistake – some people believe that they can eat more or whatever they want, just because they took a 2-mile walk. By doing this, you sabotage your own weight loss process, so try to be real with yourself and eat the amount of food that your body needs.
