For example, one cookie that has similar weight usually has at least 220 calories and twice the amount of sugar.
5. Move more every day
As always, one of the most important elements of weight loss is activity. How often do you take a walk or how often do you take the stairs? Experts recommend at least 30 minutes of activity every single day. You can also try to park you car far away from office, so you can be sure that you will take a longer walk twice every day.
6. Eat more smaller meals throughout the day
This one is still sparking discussions all around the world, but most of the experts still claim that you can speed up your metabolism by simply eating more smaller meals throughout the whole day.
7. Make sure that you get enough sleep
Getting enough sleep every night is crucial for weight loss and healthy life also. Aim to get at least 7 to maximum of 9 hours every night – by doing that you will give your body plenty time to rest and to be prepared better for the next day.
